Shantel Carter is a visionary entrepreneur and business strategist with a knack for turning chaos into order. As COO and co-founder of SheIgnite Society, a women of color organization based in Houston, TX, she has mastered the art of building strong, efficient operations and implementing signature frameworks that bring structure and sustainability to the community.
As founder of Carter Consultant Agency, Shantel draws on her own journey—starting with limited resources and learning the ropes the hard way—to help other busy entrepreneurs skip the guesswork.
She’s passionate about equipping busy entrepreneurs and community leaders with the systems, strategies, and streamlined workflows that empower their communities to operate efficiently, allowing them to focus on impact.
